Bug description: Partialy server response
Description:

Browsers attempt to display a page generated by script with code below and
get only some content of phpinfo() output (approximate 17Kb). After that
request is freezing and no more data retrieving from server.
But this bug is not reproduce if small content outputs after ini_set
called.
Reproduce code:

ini_set('error_log', 'error.log');
phpinfo();
Expected result:
----------------
phpinfo() whole output
Actual result:
--------------
Partialy phpinfo() output
