When trying to use date(), it return sometime a GMT 02:00 and just one
line below GMT 01:00  without any reason ! 

Reproduce code:
---------------
echo date("c",(int)1255903200)."<BR>";
echo date("c",(int)1256508000)."<BR>";

Expected result:
----------------
2009-10-19T00:00:00+01:00
2009-10-26T00:00:00+01:00

Actual result:
--------------
2009-10-19T00:00:00+02:00
2009-10-25T23:00:00+01:00
