Out of curiosity, why do you need VC and thread safe? If it is to run
it as CLI and as a service, VC9 NTS should work just way better.

I migrate from PHP 5.2.9 to PHP 5.3.0
I use a lot the win32service extension and I can't find the DLL for PHP
5.3 in VC6 thread safe.
Can you help me ?
