The variable: _SERVER["PHP_SELF"] /forums/adm/index.php/forums/adm/index.php should be _SERVER["PHP_SELF"] /forums/adm/index.php This is causing phpBB version 3 to operate incorrectly, by providing an incorrect connection string.
