Don't use mysql libmysql with PHP but only PHP's libmysql.dll, which is in our releases (msi or zip). Be sure to put the PHP directory first in your PATH, not mysql. To properly diagnose the problem, we need a short but complete example script to be able to reproduce this bug ourselves.
