Not enough information was provided for us to be able to handle this bug. Please re-read the instructions at http://bugs.php.net/how-to-report.php If you can provide more information, feel free to add it to this bug and change the status back to "Open". Thank you for your interest in PHP. stupid me, should not only read the subject but also the content ... snaps are taken from CVS by a cron job, so there is no warranty whatsoever that they are functional at all, although CVS is pretty stable most of the time these days error output from your configure attempt would have been helpfull, but without that it is impossible to do anything about it 'cause we most likely won't even be able to retrieve the exact snapshot you used ... Previous Comments: ------------------------------------------------------------------------ [2002-10-30 03:28:24] [EMAIL PROTECTED] see http://bugs.php.net/20159 looks like you both wrote your reports at about the same time, so no blame on you for not searching before posting this time ;) ------------------------------------------------------------------------ [2002-10-29 22:03:39] [EMAIL PROTECTED] Hello, I downloaded the lastest CVS build from snaps.php.net. However, the "configure" file was not in there. I did a "sh buildconf" and seemed to work, but it won't configure. Please make sure that the snapshot is packaged correctly.
