Bug description: parse_ini_file with word "No" in key value
Description:

When using parse_ini_file or parse_ini_string and the key value contains
the word "No" the following error is generated:
syntax error, unexpected BOOL_FALSE
Reproduce code:
---------------
parse_ini_string('No value="No value"');
Expected result:
----------------
No output or error message
Actual result:
--------------
syntax error, unexpected BOOL_FALSE in Unknown on line 1
