Bug description: Storing many SPLFixedArray in an array crashes
Description:

The script generates a segmentation fault when $count > 9992.
I have tried it on three machines, and on one the problem only occurs when
$count > 9995.
Reproduce code:
---------------
$count = 9993;
$cache = array();
for($i = 0; $i < $count ; $i++) {
$cache[$i] = new SplFixedArray(1);
}
echo 'Cache count: ' . count($cache);
Expected result:
----------------
Cache count: 9993
Actual result:
--------------
