fgetcsv cann't process "\\ï½ï½
ï½" .
(But "\\def" is OK).
Reproduce code:

php -r "fputcsv(STDOUT, array('abc\\ï½ï½
ï½', 'field2'));" | php -r
"var_dump(fgetcsv(STDIN));"
Expected result:
----------------
array(2) {
[0]=>
string(13) "abc\ï½ï½
ï½"
[1]=>
string(6) "field2"
}
Actual result:
--------------
array(1) {
[0]=>
string(22) "abc\ï½ï½
ï½",field2
"
}
