Description: ------------ PHP bug #46318 and attached patch still affects PHP 5.3.1 so please do reopen this bug as the attached patch fixes the issue. If you are bitten by this bug then the only remedy, besides rebuilding PHP using this patch, is to restart the server, fixing the issue for a while.
