Bug description: Always shows stack trace when a Fatal error occurs

Always shows stack trace when a Fatal error occurs without having to do
always something like this :

function test() {
throw new Exception;
}
try {
test();
} catch(Exception $e) {
echo $e->getTraceAsString();
}
?>
Reproduce code:
