The bug report was closed for that version but it appears again in the very latest release of both PHP and Apache2 (PHP 4.2.3 and Apache2.0.43 The reported error is: Apache.exe: module "c:\php4build\snap\sapi\apache2filter\sapi_apache2.c" is not compatible with this version of Apache found 20020628, need 20020903).
