Description: ------------ The php configure script assumes that all hp-ux os's use .sl extension for shared libraries. HP-UX 11.31 now uses .so extension for shared libraries. If the configure script is used on HP-UX 11.31, it will not find the shared libraries because it is always looking for the .sl extension. The configure script will have to test what version of hpux is being used in order to set the configure shlib suffix name variables correctly.
