As of now it is VC9 the standard. Remember that VC10 has been released this year while 5.3 has been released in June 2009. But no bug or feature request, already part of the roadmap > bogus. When I am compiling Windows extensions for PHP. PHP's VC9 build doesn't work with it. I have to compile the whole PHP. but I want to publish them to help other people that don't have compilers. If I publish the whole php vc10 build myself. Other people will afraid i add virus in it.
