Bug description:When we put a numeric value in "Like" query, there is no result

//I have a script like this, when I put '%1%', there is no result, even in
view_userstructure there are a data that use '1'.
Test script:

$query=mysql_query("SELECT * FROM view_userstructure WHERE SECTIONNAME LIKE
'%1%'")or die(mysql_error());
$row_number = mysql_num_rows($query);
Expected result:
----------------
I want to get a result like when I run that query in phpMyAdmin
