Bug description: strcoll doesn't work
due to strcoll() was enabled in php 4.2.3 it doesn't works on my windows

$tomb=array("alma","banán","banan","bánan","BANÁN","BÁNÁN","bAnan","BáNan","hami","Banyeksrác","bÁNÁn","bynek");
usort($tomb, create_function('$a,$b','return
strcoll(strtoupper($a),strtoupper($b));'));
--
gives:
tomb[2] = bAnan
tomb[3] = Banyeksrác
tomb[4] = BANÁN
but 'á' is before than 'y'
this script works on linux...
