This was obviously a change done by whoever built your PHP package and not us. Therefore special characters are not being displayed properly on the webpage. For PHP Version 5.3.3-0 it displayed Ormož properly. Therefore, PHP Version 5.3.3-1 is messing up all special characters on the webpage. Please respond with a solution ASAP as this problem is costing the company I am working for a lot of money.
