$a = \DateInterval::createFromDateString("1 month 1 hour");
echo $a->h; // ok
$a = \DateInterval::createFromDateString("1 month 0 hour");
echo $a->h; // ok
$a = \DateInterval::createFromDateString("1 month -1 hour");
echo $a->h; // fatal error, ->h is not defined
Fatal error: main(): Unknown property (h) in ...index.php on line 30
