Bug description:trunk's spl_classes() not includes CallbackFilter classes
Description:

spl_classes() not includes "CallbackFilterIterator" and
"RecursiveCallbackFilterIterator".
Test script:

On terminal emulator, type as below:
php -r 'print_r(spl_classes());' | grep 'FilterIterator'
Expected result:
----------------
[FilterIterator] => FilterIterator
[CallbackFilterIterator] => CallbackFilterIterator
[RecursiveFilterIterator] => RecursiveFilterIterator
[RecursiveCallbackFilterIterator] => RecursiveCallbackFilterIterator
Actual result:
--------------
[FilterIterator] => FilterIterator
[RecursiveFilterIterator] => RecursiveFilterIterator
