 New Comment:

Norton firewall driver update nisdrv is corupt, check to see if your
CMOS values register properly. I solved my problem by changing my CMOS
back to it's default, the NISDRV disabled my C: drive. It's simple to
do. Just hold down Alt& Del or just the Del key during reboot and take
a good look around. All is well so far with my system, but I plan to
scan my registry if the problem resurfice and delete any mention of
this driver. But,I assume Norton is scramblig to make a patch for this
problem. Therefore, I will wait to see what Norton plan to do about
this mess.

Hey,if this helps you please pass the world.

i think it hapends when you do include .. but because of the complete
system crash (ONLY under IE .. with netscape it works fine) it is hard
to trace the bug.
