Bug is also present higher power of 2 file sizes. Everything works fine with CLI. Tested on Win XP & Win 7, with 3 different 32bytes apache/PHP env (wampserver env, php 5.3.10 from php.net, self compiled PHP with apachelounge apache version), and a 64bytes version of apache/PHP.
