Bug description:ReflectionClass->getProperties() omits private members of
parent classes

getProperties() doesn't include "private" scoped properties from parent
classes
Test script:

$reflection = new ReflectionClass($obj);
$propertyList = $reflection->getProperties();

var_dump($property->getName());
}
Expected result:
