You can't declare an anonymous function in an array declaration inside a class
declaration.
Test script:

<?php
class Foo
{
static $array = array("hi" => function() {
phpinfo();
});
}
Foo::$array["hi"]();
Expected result:
----------------
phpinfo being displayed
Actual result:
--------------
