Something I just realized: With the default "display_startup_errors = Off" there is immediately a crash. With "display_startup_errors = On" you first have a "Warning" message box "PHP Startup: Unable to load ...". Now the behavior depends on how fast you click on "OK".: - If you click fast on "OK" there is a crash. - If you click slow on "OK" there is no "crash" (no message "CLI has stopped working).
