the string you pasted in your bug report has a "0" (ZERO) instead of an "O" (as 
the first Character of "Object")
try to edit your php.ini replacing PD0 with PDO.

Description:

I use PHP5.0.5 & apache 2.0 on winxp
when start apache the error is:
PHP startup : Unable to load dynamic library 'c:\php\ext\php_pd0_oci.dll'-%1 is 
not a valid win32 application.

PHP startup : Unable to load dynamic
library 'c:\php\ext\php_oci8.dll'-the specified procedure could not be found.
