I've downloaded php-5.5.0beta2-Win32-VC11-x64.zip from
http://windows.php.net/qa/ and there's bunch of extensions missing compared to
x86 distributions:
php_gd2.dll
php_gettext.dll
php_oci8.dll
php_oci8_11g.dll
php_pdo_oci.dll
