Bug description:Define CURLPROXY_SOCKS4A and CURLPROXY_SOCKS5_HOSTNAME constants

Description:
------------
In libcurl 7.18.0 a couple of new proxy types were added:

CURLPROXY_SOCKS4A (== 6)
CURLPROXY_SOCKS5_HOSTNAME (== 7)

I think they should be defined in PHP as well.
