you realize that the intention for my bugreprot is that with this idiotic
"unknown in unknown on unknown" i can't smell which of a lot of thousands
scripts on a server was called because PHP refues to give out *anything*
helpful like *filenames* and in tjis case *name of the file which was not
found*?
so you are asking for the inforamtion i woud like to have if the
error-reporting of PHP would not be that broken

Thank you for this bug report. To properly diagnose the problem, we
need a short but complete example script to be able to reproduce
this bug ourselves.
A proper reproducing script starts with <?php and ends with ?>,
is max. 10-20 lines long and does not require any external
resources such as databases, etc. If the script requires a
database to demonstrate the issue, please make sure it creates
all necessary tables, stored procedures etc.
Please avoid embedding huge scripts into the report.
You should attach short and complete reproducible script.
Script name and/or line are not available sometimes.

in which context the error happens or shut up with meaningless messages at all?
the whole php error-handling is full of such crap messages
there must not be "unknown in unknown" - what terrible language design
