Operating system: win2000SP3
PHP version: 4.2.3
PHP Bug Type: Date/time related
Bug description: date("O") & date("r")
When used for time zone that varies by the half hour rather than the
standard one hour from GMT (or 45 min - Nepal) will output combination of
hours and second as difference to Greenwich:
date("O"); will generate (date("r")) :
+052700 Nepal Standard Time(GMT+05:45)
-031800 Newfoundland Standard Time (GMT-03:30), etc.
PHP documentation:
O - Difference to Greenwich Time in hours; e.g. "+0200"
NOT in hours AND seconds...date("Z") works fine.
