The compilation still fails (using xlc).
I suggest the following fix for php_image.h because xlc is very picky
about comma left at the end of a structure:

In fact the fix I suggested was the origin of the failure to compile
php_apache.c and should be disregarded.
So I manage to compile everything on regular version 4.3.0 but with the
following fix:
