More testing:

Happens to all files on webserver

Happens to all files of the type *blog*.php

When I try to open weblog.php, PHP gives me this:

Warning: Failed opening '/var/www/c/weblog.php' for inclusion
(include_path='.:/usr/share/pear') in Unknown on line 0

I tried putting up an empty weblog.php with the same result. This seems
to only happen for weblog.php, all other filenames work fine.
