including the word 'ORDER', in capitals, anyhwere in the subject of the
mail() function causes the email not to arrive, even though the
function returns 1(php v 4.1.2)

Leaving aditional headers field empty does not solve the problem!!!  y
have the same problem and it still gives the sasme out pu: unknown
error

After a few emails this really got solved.
Adding -c/path/to/phpini/ (command line) 
was the solution.
