We are experiencing this problem too, We have sessions stored in files, one directory per virtual web server Problem shows absolute randomly, i can say, that it shows in ~ 1 - 2 % of php - processed pages. I'm experiencing exactly the same problem as described above. The only difference is, I don't use Roxen as httpd, I use Apache (1.3.23). My PHP version is 4.1.2.
