If I use session_register() after the headers were sent, it works properly. If I want to show a page where is session%register too, the Apache crashes and writes that Apache.exe caused an error of php4ts.dll. Then I installed PHP 4.3.2. The Apache doesn't crash now, but loading of the php file fails after 30 secons ( time limit ). Reproduce code: --------------- file1.php <?php session_start(); ?> <html> <?php session_register('bla'); file2.php <?php session_register('bla'); html Expected result: ---------------- If I run the file1.php, everything works well. Then I tried to open file2.php: PHP 4.0.6 - Apache crashes PHP 4.3.2 - php does nothing for 30 seconds ( then fails ). Error logs don't show anything. Actual result: -------------- ??? ------------------------------------------------------------------------ -- Edit this bug report at http://bugs.php.net/?id=24717&edit=1
