PHP Bug Type: Apache2 related
Bug description: php4.3.3rc4-dev built on 3:30gmt not running php files at all

Description:
------------
hello,

Apache 2.0.47, php.ini being parsed, since it loads on and php is exposed
so I get Apache/2.0.47 (Unix) PHP/4.3.3RC4-dev

But no files are being parsed despite being configured to handle .php or
.html or any extension for that matter, using .htaccess also not working.

seemingly the last build was working, but this isn't.

./configure --with-apxs2=/usr/local/apache2/bin/apxs --with-mysql=/usr
--enable-track-vars --with-config-file-path=/etc --with-gd
--with-zlib-dir=/usr --with-jpeg-dir=/usr --with-freetype-dir=/usr/local
--with-xpm-dir --with-png-dir=/usr/local --enable-gd-native-ttf
--enable-exif
