I just installed php4.3.2 on a windows2000 server and I am having the similar problem. "HTTP 401.3 access denied by ACL on resource IIS". But changing the extension to anything other than php it works fine. I don't think it has anything to do with server configuration. please help. I always get "401.1 Unauthorized: Logon Failed". No probs the the cgi-version though.
