All ISAPI and CGI enabled

Browser message:

CGI Timeout
The specified CGI application exceeded the allowed time for processing.
The server has deleted the process.

PHP interpreter check:

C:\PHP\php.exe index.php returns correct results

Note: Perl CGI and ISAPI work
