It would be nice if the imagecreatefrom*, exif_*, getimagesize,
iptcembed, iptcparse functions would not only work with files but also
with buffer-variables containing image data.
Then if retrieving binary image data from a database, it would save the
overhead of writing and reading this data to plain files for data
manipulation.
