Bug description: s (PCRE_DOTALL) modifier makes Apache2 crash
Description:

I tried to parse a .xml-file using the regular expression as below. Using
the s modifier reproduces a crash, leaving it away the crash does not
appear.
System message:
The exception "unkown software expection" (0xc00000fd) occured in the
program at 0x00c3912d. OK / Cancel
(translated from German error message)

s modifier reproduces the crash, leaving it away = no crash
