From: danielc at analysisandsolutions dot com Operating system: irrelevant PHP version: Irrelevant PHP Bug Type: Feature/Change Request Bug description: date(): add format parameter for colons in UTC offset
Description:
------------
date('O') produces the offset in "+0200" format. It would be nice to be
able to have a format parameter that
outputs the same information but with a colon in it: "+02:00."
