Operating system: Windows 2000
PHP version: 4.3.4
PHP Bug Type: CGI related
Bug description: php.exe processes are not terminated

Description:
------------
Whilst running PHP as a CGI executable on IIS5, I have noticed that *some*
processes fail to terminate. These processes use up vital system memory,
and must either be manually terminated, or the system must be rebooted.
