The oci8 extension source code exists in the source bundle: http://www.php.net/get/php-5.0.0b3.tar.gz/from/a/mirror There is nothing in the various php5 announcements, or in http://www.php.net/ChangeLog-5.php that mentions the extension. This problem was raised in the php-db mail list: http://news.php.net/article.php?group=php.db&article=32200 The last time I pulled PHP5 (on September 3, 2003) php_oci8.dll was in the pre-built bundle. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ -- Edit this bug report at http://bugs.php.net/?id=26744&edit=1
