I have the same problem. If I comment the extension ";extension=php_mssql.dll" all is ok, but un-commenting this extensi�n the IIS will not work with php pages (it works well with html pages). I'm looking for a solution. Regards. IIS service starts ok, but hangs after around 30 seconds and will eventually report "Service unavailable".
