Just a common Windows system MessageBox appears notifying me about an
error:
php.exe - Application Error
The instruction at "0x100007164" referenced memory at "0xfffffff8". The
memory could not be "read".
Click "OK" to terminate the program
blah-blah-blah...

The bug persists in the latest Win32 build.
