# make test TESTS=tests/func/

Interesting... The following tests both return "PASS":

make test TESTS=tests/func/005.phpt

PASS Testing register_shutdown_function() [tests/func/005.phpt]

make test TESTS=tests/func/006.phpt

PASS Output buffering tests [tests/func/006.phpt]



However, when I run "make test" the script hangs in the state described
above (with 100% CPU load).

Run only that script.



# make test TESTS=tests/func/005.phpt



or



# sapi/cli/php tests/func/005.phpt



Then we'll know if that test hangs or what..

I don't know what the current test is at that state. Somebody may
change the subject of this issue accordingly.
