If PHP is running in CGI mode, Apache starts , but crashes as soon as any scritpt is called. All installations - Apache, PHP and Zend Optimizer are standart Windows installation packages downloaded from official sites. Installed on clean Windows 2000 system with latest SP. No modifications of configuration is made.
