Bug description:  Error while starting Apache 1.3.29

Description:

Hello,

while starting Apache 1.3.29 on Windows XP Professional as service,
appears a system window that says that there is an errore on Apache.exe
and the application will be closed.

This are the details:



szAppName : Apache.exe     szAppVer : 0.0.0.0     szModName : php5ts.dll  
  

szModVer : 5.0.0.0     offset : 0003c773



the file php5ts.dll is placed on the c:\programmi\php5 (my php5 directory)
and into the c:\windows\system32\ directory.
