Thank you for this bug report. To properly diagnose the problem, we
need a short but complete example script to be able to reproduce
this bug ourselves.
A proper reproducing script starts with <?php and ends with ?>,
is max. 10-20 lines long and does not require any external
resources such as databases, etc.
If possible, make the script source available online and provide
an URL to it here. Try avoid embedding huge scripts into the report.

Description:

php crash when php timeout and mysql not exit
We use php4.3.6 and apache2 mpm=worker
this version of php is much stable than php4.3.5 but
still crash when php timeout and mysql not exit
and other ocassions . We are a hosting company
so I can tell the the exact scripts , but seems like
CGI relate or system("....") or exec("") , something like
this . ( apache2 never crash when mpm=prefork)
