Of course, it does help if I provide the new address....my mistake.

Also, I can no longer reproduce this bug with PHP5 final and Apache
2.0.49. The script terminates with the parse error as expected.

This bug has been fixed in CVS.

In case this was a PHP problem, snapshots of the sources are packaged
every three hours; this change will be in the next snapshot. You can
