Bug description:  is_dir() return true after rmdir()

Description:

is_dir() seems to cache the last status for a given dir and don't check if
it still exists.

Reproduce code:
---------------
<?php

mkdir('dir');
is_dir('dir');
rmdir('dir');
$err = is_dir('dir');

?>

Expected result:
----------------
$err = false;

Actual result:
--------------
$err = true;
